Bockscar, sometimes referred to as Bock's Car, was the second aircraft to drop an atomic bomb which was on the city of Nagasaki, Japan. This attack was preceded by the Enola Gay which was the first aircraft to drop an atomic bomb on the targeted at the city of Hiroshima. Both attacks caused unprecedented destruction and marked the end of World War II when Japan announced its surrender.
